Wild OB (orange blotched) peacock cichlids come from Lake Malawi in Africa. They like a well planted tank with sturdy plants and plenty of hides and ledges for territory.
For breeding they do best in colonies of 2 males / 3 to 5 females to minimize aggression and fighting.
